POLICY

1.) Only pay Deposit online. I prefer you to wait until the day of service to pay your remaining Balance. PLEASE BRING CASH!

2.) Please DO NOT BRING KIDS or multiple people with you to your appt. This will only prolong the process.

3.) If you are more then 15 min. late please call the salon at 228 346-4696 to see if there is enough time in the schedule to attend appointment and a $20 late fee will be added to your service. If not you must cancel or reschedule (plus $25 rescheduling fee will be added) to another day to avoid losing your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

 

4.) You can not and this site will not let you Cancel or Reschedule an appointment within 24hrs of the day of your scheduled appointment.

5.) I understand things happen so with proper notice you are allowed to Reschedule an appointment ONCE! A second Rescheduled appointment is not allowed and your appointment will automatically be Canceled and your Deposit will be VOID! NO EXCEPTIONS! So please do your best to make arrangements to attend your scheduled appointments.

6.) Unfortunately, all deposits, sales and services are final and non-refundable. In order to avoid losing your deposit, any appointment can be rescheduled only once before losing deposit and appointment.
